Ali is a licensed lawyer in Saudi Arabia and a certified VAT trainer accredited by the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority, with over 10 years of practical experience. Ali’s expertise focuses on corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, initial public offerings, crowdfunding operations, capital market transactions, and corporate and commercial legal affairs. Before founding the firm, Ali worked in Saudi law firms in partnership with American global firms in Riyadh.
