Abdulrahman Almutrib

Abdulrahman bin Mutreb is a partner and the head of the Capital Markets Department at Alshareef Law Firm. Abdulrahman possesses extensive experience in commercial matters, business operations, and capital markets, including mixed and foreign companies. Abdulrahman has a proven track record in company formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Prior to joining the firm, Abdulrahman worked at a leading law firm specializing in commercial matters.
