
Abdulrahman is an Associate Lawyer with experience in banking regulations, capital market regulations, investment fund formation, corporate governance, and listing and offering procedures. He also provides legal advice on mergers and acquisitions and drafts and reviews commercial contracts. He holds CME-1 and CME-2 certifications, in addition to a specialized certification in Mergers and Acquisitions from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
Selected Previous Experience
- Drafted and reviewed standardized banking contracts, including facility agreements.
- Drafted and reviewed service agreements for local and international clients.
- Supported the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) in developing sanction procedures by drafting terms and conditions for real estate investment funds and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Supported several companies in offering their shares to the public and listing them on the Parallel Market (Nomu).
